Redmond’s water and wastewater infrastructure are essential to our community’s quality of life and economic vitality. Redmond’s Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) is part of a collection and treatment system that serves over 32,000 residential and commercial customers. With the population tripling since 2000, the city’s current water treatment facility is reaching maximum capacity.
The city is planning improvements needed to protect public health and the environment, address regulatory requirements, prepare for future growth, and provide recreational opportunities.
